At Jean Marc Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely and avoids damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable label to the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
